Off-street parking and loading provisions of this Chapter shall apply as follows:
A.
New Development.
For all buildings or structures erected and all uses of land established after the
effective date of this Chapter, parking and loading facilities shall be provided as
required herein. Except as otherwise specifically conditioned, projects with unexpired
land use and development approvals on the effective date of this Chapter have the
option of meeting the parking requirements the Sutter County Zoning Code in effect
on the project approval date or being subject to the provisions required herein.
B.
Change in Use or Structure.
Whenever an existing structure is modified, or whenever the use of any structure changed,
whereby the modification or change creates an increase of more than 10% in the number
of required off-street parking spaces, additional off-street parking spaces shall
be provided to meet the additional demand.
