§ 1525-140. LANDOWNER VIOLATIONS

It is unlawful for the owner or possessor of any parcel of land in the unincorporated territory of Sutter County to knowingly permit the occupancy of a mobilehome on such parcel unless either a permit for a mobilehome park has been issued by the State Department of Housing and Community Development for such parcel, or a valid and unexpired Zoning Clearance or Use Permit has been issued by the Sutter County Planning Department for such parcel and mobilehome, except as provided in this Chapter.
