§ 1525-130. UNLAWFUL OCCUPATION

It is unlawful for any person to occupy or use a mobile home or accessory structure in the unincorporated territory of Sutter County outside a Mobilehome Park without a valid Building Permit issued by the Sutter County Community Services Department except as provided in this Chapter.
