§ 1520-020. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Chapter the term "Junk Yard" is defined as follows: "Junk Yard", a land area of four hundred (400) square feet or more, located within two hundred (200) feet of any public road or street, any part of which is used for the storage or keeping of junk, including scrap metals or other scrap material, and/or for the dismantling or "wrecking" of automobiles or other vehicles or machinery; provided, however, that this definition shall not include any non-commercial use of land which is accessory or incidental to an agricultural operation on such land.
