§ 1515-020. FINDINGS

Latest version.

In acting to approve any specific plan, or amendment thereto, the following findings shall be made:

• The specific plan is consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan.

• The specific plan helps to achieve a balanced community to promote health, safety and general welfare of the public.
