§ 1515-018. SPECIFIC PLAN PROCEDURE

The specific plan approval process shall include circulation of the draft specific plan to all affected and responsible agencies, a public hearing before the Planning Commission, recommendation by the Planning Commission to the Board of Supervisors to approve, modify or deny, and Board of Supervisors final action following a public hearing.
