§ 1515-012. APPLICABILITY

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to any Specific Plan proposal in Sutter County. Specific Plans may be prepared in response to State or County requirements. Additionally, they may be initiated by developers who would like the County to adopt a long-term master plan for development of their property. Further, the County may initiate specific plans for existing communities or rapidly developing areas.
