That certain Electrical Code known and designated as the "National Electrical Code,
2016 Edition", promulgated and published by the National Fire Protection Association,
1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts, 02269-9101, the purpose and subject of
which, among other things, is the safeguarding of persons and property, is hereby
adopted and enacted as the primary electrical code and made a part of this chapter,
by reference, with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein, subject
to the following modifications, and shall be known as the "Sutter County Electrical
Code".
