§ 1300-016. Authority

This Chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by Section 7 of Article XI of the Constitution of the State to a county to make and enforce within its limits all such local, police, sanitary, and other regulations as are not in conflict with general laws. It is further adopted in conformity with the State Government Code relating to adoption of codes by reference.
