§ 1250-090. SPECIFIC POWERS

In addition to the powers delegated in Section 1250-080 hereof the Planning Commission shall have the following specific power:
(a)

To recommend to the Board of Supervisors changes in the restrictions and the boundaries of such zones as are herein established, in accordance with the procedure prescribed for amendments in Sutter County Zoning Enabling Code, Chapter 1500.
