§ 1200-060. TWENTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutter, State of California, upon the basis of an engineering traffic survey, expressly finds that a speed limit of 65 miles per hour is more than reasonable or safe upon any of the roads or areas lying within the borders of Sutter County Airports, and the Board of supervisors of the County of Sutter does hereby establish the prima facie speed limit of 25 miles per hour on all roads and areas within which vehicles are allowed to be driven within the confines of Sutter County Airports.

The Board of Supervisors hereby declare that this section is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by the Vehicle Code of the State of California and statutes of the State of California.
