In order to protect planes and the occupants thereof using the airport apron, taxi
strips and runways, the airport Manager shall be authorized to designate persons who
may lawfully use those areas or be assigned to duty thereon. Unless so authorized
or assigned to duty thereon, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation
to be upon said areas, drive, operate, park or leave vehicles or any kind on said
areas, or lead, ride or allow animals of any kind to be upon said areas.
The word "vehicle" as used herein shall include bicycles, motorized equipment, motor
vehicles and wheel vehicles of any nature, whether self-propelled, moved or drawn
by mechanical power, or otherwise.
