§ 1160-090. PLAN REVIEW

The Transportation Plan shall be referred to the TCM Coordinator for review and evaluation of the proposed mitigation measures and recommendation made to the Development Services Department Director for approval. A decision to approve or disapprove the Transportation Plan shall be deemed final 20 calendar days after the date the applicant receives a notice of the approving person's decision unless an appeal has been filed. (Please refer to Section 1160-040 "Appeals").
