§ 1150-090. WAIVER OF TIME LIMITATIONS

The Development Services Department Director may waive the time limitation for filing an application for a permit and the Board of Supervisors may waive the time limitation for filing an appeal if it is found that unusual circumstances or good cause exists and no unreasonable burden upon the County or its citizens will be created thereby.
