It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, operate, stop, park, or leave standing,
any vehicle upon any levee, which is a unit of any flood control project within this
County, except as hereinafter specifically permitted under Sections 1140-020, 1140-050, 1140-060 and 1140-070 of this Chapter.
