§ 1120-130. VEHICLE REMOVAL; LOCATION; PRIVATE SALE ADVERTISEMENT

Latest version.

Any vehicle found upon a street or public lands in unincorporated areas of Sutter County that meets all the requirements specified in section 22651 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California may be removed pursuant to said section by any peace officer as defined in Chapter 4.5 of Title 3 of Part 2 of the Penal Code.
