§ 1112-050. STOPS REQUIRED

The driver of any vehicle approaching a stop sign erected pursuant to this chapter shall stop before passing the sign or, if a limit line is marked, before passing the limit line. If the stop sign is at the entrance to, or within, an intersection or railroad grade crossing, then the driver shall stop as required by the Vehicle Code before entering the intersection or crossing.
