§ 1100-050. ROAD COMMISSION TO ERECT SIGNS

The County Road Commissioner, upon designation of a locally changed speed limit, shall erect as appropriate speed limit signage on each affected street. A locally changed speed limit on a County Highway shall not be effective until appropriate signs, giving notice of said prima facie speed limits are erected on the street within the limits specifically designated in this chapter, in each particular instance.
