§ 100-120. CONFLICTS

Latest version.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter are hereby repealed. Wherever conflict occurs between the provisions of this Chapter and any other provisions of law, the more restrictive of any such provisions shall apply.
