§ 1060-410. SEVERABILITY

If any material section or provision of this chapter relating to rates, system design, public access, the Community Television Authority (CTA), line-extension, service mix or levels, amendment, franchise fees, definition of basic service, duration of franchise, inner-activity of system, and studio and other production facilities, or franchise awarded under it, is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, Grantor shall thereupon make a determination of the effect upon the public interest caused thereby.
