§ 1060-240. OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

(a)

The performance of Grantee's cable television system shall meet the technical standards as set forth in Section 76.605 or any such other Federal Communications Commission Rules or Regulations pertaining to operating standards, or any successor section of the Federal Communications Rules, as those standards may exist from time-to-time.

(b)

Grantee shall conduct performance tests in accordance with the requirements of Section 76.601 or any successor section of the Federal Communications Commission's Rules, as these requirements may apply or be extended from time-to-time.
