§ 1060-120. RENEWAL

Latest version.

Any renewal of an existing franchise shall be in accordance with the requirements of federal law. An application for renewal shall be accompanied by a renewal application deposit in the amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00). The applicant shall pay the reasonable costs of the Grantor for the renewal application as set forth in the last paragraph of 1060-290(c).
