  • (a)

With respect to providing programming on the community programming channels and as set forth in a franchise agreement, the Grantor and the Grantee may agree that Grantee shall provide, at the request of the Chief Administrative Officer, use of the Grantee's studio, equipment and technical services for production of live and video-taped municipal programs, subject to scheduling requirements of the Grantee. (b) The Grantee shall provide all basic subscriber services and connections without cost, to all public and non-profit schools and community colleges within the Grantor, and to all buildings owned and/or controlled by the Grantor, including fire stations and police stations, used for public purposes and not (exclusively) for residential use. Such buildings may be designated by the Chief Administrative Officer from time to time; provided, however, that such buildings shall be located within the franchise area. Grantee shall install, without charge to Grantor or such public or private schools, up to 250 feet of service connection from the transmission cable otherwise maintained or required to be maintained by Grantee for the service of paying subscribers of Grantee. The Grantor or any such public or private school shall pay to the Grantee the costs of all labor and materials supplied by Grantee for the installation of any service connection in excess of the initial 250 feet.
